Wind and rollers. Unexpectedly knocked over 0.5 mi in. Cowboyed back into the boat and stayed more alert. Rounding the point before mi 3 the wind was especially intense and I had to pull hard to move forward.
The flood had just started in the pass, so didn't go around Pass Island. Rinsed off the boat in warm Cranberry Lake.

Instead of parking by the ferry terminal, I started at Alki and kayaked across to a beach. Put the boat on wheels and walked up to the terminal.
Intended to go to Bermerton (to ride the currents in Rich Passage). However, in the hurry by the ticket booth ended up getting the Bainbridge ferry.
Changed course at mi 19.5 to let a ferry go by. Area busy with boats.
Stewart, Orcas, and Jones Islands; April 24 - 27
